The Orlando Magic’s leading point guard Jameer Nelson is going to play in the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. He is excited to go back in the court since he suffered a shoulder injury last February. Nelson’s come back would be a great advantage for the Magic. During the season, the Lakers had a 0-2 loss against the Magic. The Lakers had a hard time defending Nelson in the PG position. It’s going to be tough now for the Lakers to play a nice “D” against the Magic since the latter has a number of streaky shooters.

The Magic has both powers on the inside and outside of the paint. Its formidable center Dwight Howard would probably break the inside defense of the LA Lakers. Hedo Turkoglu, Rafer Alston, and Rashard Lewis would greatly contribute also in the outside shooting. Johnson, Alston’s backup, is also in the condition to perform his best plays in the court. Overall, the Magic still has greater chances to win the Finals.

But the Lakers remained positive. Kobe Bryant said that he will do his best both in the defensive and offensive end. He and his team practice playing keys in the gym, keys to defeat the Magic. Their overall team workout would probably pay in the finals as Coach Phil Jackson is also prepared for a number of strategies to be played by the Lakers in the series. It is going to be a great showdown between the two teams who each do their best in the end to grab the Larry O’Brien Championship trophy.
